What I Love About My Small Home:
While considered small by most standards, this is not how we feel about our apartment. We fell in love with it the moment its empty but loaded with potential rooms were shown to us.
Our Unit 9 is at the top floor of an old art deco building that is full of character. One of the best features of the apartment is its unique layout (as seen on the plan). Features such as a bay window, an all-sides windowed den space (which we use as an office) and a wood-burning fireplace are not usual to find in a rental establishment and we could not have been happier to discover this rare gem.
We have occupied this one-bedroom apartment for over 10 years now, and everything has its place and useful designation. The areas flow from one to another, and two adults and a child have no trouble whatsoever enjoying a fully functional, highly comfortable and continually evolving home environment for every need and activity.
