What I Love About My Small Home:
It's affordable -- a rare rent-stabilized unit in a doorman building, located on the Upper East Side. I also like that though small, it has four big closets. It has a fun, energetic and cohesive vibe combining vintage mid-century modern and pop art pieces with modern day ones.
