What I Love About My Small Home:
It's bright and cozy, in one of my favorite neighborhoods, and just big enough to entertain comfortably. It's in an historic building and has charming features—original hardwood floors, crown molding, and an old marble fireplace. It also has big windows and a sky light in the bathroom, so it lets in so much light during the day. Plus, we're two blocks from Central Park, and minutes from everywhere else in the city.
