One of our favorite actresses turned aesthetes and home flippers is at it again: Ellen Pompeo just listed the 1920s Spanish Villa in the historic Whitley Heights section of the Hollywood Hills that she picked up for $1.295 million back in 2005— at the very beginning of her now-iconic run as titular character Dr. Meredith Grey on Grey's Anatomy — and for which she is now asking $2.795 million.
