My cat Myrtle has never flown coach. She doesn’t have the same complaint I have of airline workers who don’t seem to realize that “full” means full. For some reason they’ve created “completely full,” “extremely full,” “very full,” and, “full.” How did that change? Our industry is always grappling with change (as in alteration, not pennies and nickels), the latest being lenders having to shift their borrower’s expectations due to government paralysis.
