My husband and I (plus our two puggles) live in an 800 square foot loft in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. The location drew us in, but aside from the array of charming boutiques and restaurants just outside our building, we immediately fell in love with the soaring ceilings, exceptional natural light and covered outdoor space – a huge bonus given Seattle's notorious rainfall!
