We bought the condo and started demolition in the beginning of February and finished the project in the beginning of July. Our budget was about $40,000 and included all major appliances, some non-structural reframing, electric updates plumbing updates, new flooring, cabinets and tile. We did most all of the demo, framing, trim, paint, cabinets, material selection, radiant floor heat install, contracting and design ourselves. With help from friends... Weekend work parties became a thing during this project.
