They say that we'll spend ⅓ of our lives sleeping. If you sleep an average of eight hours a night from birth to age 75, that is about 25 years sleeping, or 9,125 days spent asleep. Now, we all don't obviously get a solid eight hours a night. If you have kids, you're lucky to get half of that during their newborn and toddler years. Or, if you have a partner that snores like it is their job, you might often be woken up while you're trying to rest.
