I moved to D.C. in the spring of 2017 after working on a campaign. Campaigns can be a lot of fun, but it usually means living in atypical housing situations. In my case, that meant the basement apartment of an off-campus house near Mizzou's frat row that I shared with two roommates. After that experience, I was definitely ready to live on my own (and above ground!).
