Hello and welcome to the new year. Let's talk fitness. Particularly, fitness and resolutions. This year I hit he ground running (lol. But also no, that's too high impact) by trying out four different types of fitness classes. I wanted to actually find something new that I could maybe stick with for the whole of 2017 and there's nothing like a New Year's resolution to push you past the first-class jitters.
