How is it that we only have two days left in September, and that it is National Coffee Day already? Ditech's , instead of saying "The Guarantee Fee is reducing from 2.75% to 1% and Guarantee Fee is reducing from 2.75% to 1%" should have read, "The Guarantee Fee is reducing from 2.75% to 1% and the Annual Fee is reducing from .5% to .35...(read more)
