We've only just begun... Excellus BlueCross BlueShield reports cyber attackers have hacked its systems and that 10 million people have been affected. The company confirmed attackers may have gained access to names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, mailing addresses, phone numbers, identification numbers, financial account information and claims information. And I am hearing that potential buyers of lenders are asking the lender pointed questions about recent cybercrime history and safeguards. I am sometimes asked about "pure" residential lending company stocks. There aren't many since the big banks have so many other product lines.
