We here at the Apartment Therapy Media offices fancy ourselves cool, calm and collected New Yorkers, but that all flew out the window when we heard none other than Karlie Kloss would be setting up shop in our building. Once we got a peek at her incredible new office (and let's be real, also that outfit) we became full blown fans. Her collaboration with Tina Rich of Homepolish and Lulu & Georgia is an impossibly chic space that is still casual and inviting, like it's encouraging you to foster innovation over a casual cup of coffee.
