I do a lot of appointment keeping digitally through my phone and computer, but I still like to have and like to use an old fashioned paper calendar. Not only does it function as a piece of art to pick a room up, but it's something my whole family (kids, too) can see and consult (it's 209 days until my son's next birthday as he keeps reminding us).
