After spending four years in 800 square feet in New York City, Kevin and Gretchen were able to design their dream loft back in their home state of Michigan. They found a space in an old, industrial building in a mixed-use neighborhood that's lively and vibrant. Though the loft was bare bones, it was a perfect white canvas for them to make it their own, with the help of their good friend Patrick Thompson.
