Our home is a Craftsman style semi-detached brownstone built in 1926. The character and charm of the house's architectural details are what sold us when we purchased it three years ago. The previous owners made us PROMISE that we would never paint over the woodwork or coffered ceilings as they were original features of the home. Although I myself am more of an all white kind of gal, I have to admit that they do give the house its unique personality. The house is located in Montréal-West, which is about 15 minutes from the city's downtown core on the west end.
