When I moved into my first one-bedroom (rental) apartment I knew I had a lot of work to do. The previous tenants left it in pretty bad shape and it was hard to see the final vision through all the clutter. But, I knew the place had great bones and I couldn't ignore the 7 windows that wrapped around the whole place letting in a ton of sunlight. I loved the open floor plan and for a Beacon Hill place, it was a great size just around 600 square feet.
